Returns Policy
By law and for the safety of others, we cannot accept returns on load bearing gear. This includes ropes, carabiners, cams, nuts, quickdraws, belay and rappel devices, and harnesses, unless they are found to be defective, in which case you are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us before returning defective goods.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any other item that you purchased from RockRopes.com please send it back within 45 days of ordering it and we will issue you a full refund. The item must be in new unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
We recommend that the goods be shipped back to us using a carrier with tracking capabilities such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost in route to our warehouse, so we also recommend insuring the package for the value of its contents.

All orders over $49 that are being shipped to street addresses in the lower 48 states get FREE UPS Ground or USPS shipping. Orders less than $49 ship for just $6.95.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. We will email you a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
International Orders: Currently we do not sell outside the USA.
